Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 working days after order confirmation and dispatch.

- Unforeseen circumstances
Remote areas may require additional delivery time.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
In some cases, we may contact the customer by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order before dispatch.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges may vary depending on:
- Delivery location
- Parcel weight or size
- Courier service
- Current shipping rates
The applicable shipping charges will be displayed or communicated to the customer before the order is dispatched, where applicable.
5. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible locations and orders.
For COD orders, the customer must pay the complete order amount to the courier at the time of delivery.
Customers are requested to provide an accurate phone number and delivery address to avoid delivery problems.
6. International Shipping
International shipping may be available depending on the destination.
Customers interested in placing an international order should contact AR Garments through WhatsApp before placing the order to confirm:

Any customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information may be shared with the customer where available.
Customers can use the provided tracking information to check the status of their shipment through the relevant courier service.
Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the parcel has been handed over to the courier.
9. Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including:
- Full name
- Complete address
- City
- Phone/WhatsApp number
AR Garments will not be responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
10. Failed Delivery & Refused Parcels
If a parcel cannot be delivered because the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address or phone number, or refuses to accept a COD parcel, the courier may return the parcel to AR Garments.
Additional shipping or re-delivery charges may apply if the customer requests the order to be dispatched again.
Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may affect the customer’s eligibility for future COD orders.
