For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the customer agrees to accept the parcel and pay the complete order amount at the time of delivery.

Customers should not place an order if they are unwilling or unable to receive it.

Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

8. Shipping & Delivery
